- You call owners and decision-makers at small and medium-sized bakeries, grocery stores and food service businesses in the DACH region - including individual franchisees.
- You qualify interest: how do they plan today, where does it hurt, who decides? If there is a fit, you book a firstmeeting for our Sales Managers.
- When a smaller deal is ready, you close it yourself.
- You hand over every meeting with clear, short notes, so the Sales Manager can start where you left off.
- You follow up on leads from trade fairs, our website and campaigns.
- You keep HubSpot up to date: contacts, activities and next steps.
- Together with Sales, you improve target lists, call openers and objection handling based on what you hear.
- You share market feedback with Sales and Marketing.
- After six months, you deliver a steady weekly pipeline of qualified first meetings - the target is something weagree on together.

About us
We are a tech start-up from Cologne that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to reduce food waste along the supply chain. Our AI analyzes historical sales data from a wide range of sectors - from bakeries to supermarkets and restaurants - and combines this with external influencing factors such as weather, public holidays and special location features. This results in precise, up-to-date forecasts for production and orders, which can be integrated fully automatically into existing systems. This not only makes planning more efficient, but also optimizes the use of goods - so that less food ends up in the garbage can.
